  • When you arrive, our staff will help you get set up and explain how everything works. Once inside the studio, you’ll have the space to yourself and use a remote to take photos at your own pace.

    Yes furry friends are welcome!

  • Not at all. The setup is designed to be simple and beginner-friendly. We handle the lighting and camera settings—you just focus on posing and expressing yourself.

  • Yes. Each session takes place in a fully private room, so you can relax and be yourself without distractions.

  • We offer a limited selection of stools and basic props. You’re also welcome to bring small personal items if they fit comfortably in the space.

  • After your session, your images will be professionally processed. You’ll receive a digital gallery where you can view, select, and download your photos.

    When will my photos be ready? Photo delivery usually takes 3–7 days, depending on editing and package selection.

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be non-refundable.

    What if I’m late?

    Arriving late may shorten your session time to avoid impacting other bookings. Please arrive a few minutes early. If more than 15 mins late your session will be canceled.
